1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files or records that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Some are needed for the site to work; others measure how the site is used and are only set if you accept them.
2. What this site uses
Necessary (always on)
- ag-consent (browser local storage): stores your cookie choice and the date you made it. It is kept until you delete it or change your choice.
- ag-lang-pos (session storage): remembers which section you were in when you switch languages. It is deleted when you close the tab.
These records do not identify anyone and are not shared with third parties.
Visit measurement (only with your permission)
If AgroGaira turns on Google Analytics 4, the site may set the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies, lasting up to 2 years, to learn which pages are visited, from what type of device and from which country or approximate city. We only use this to improve the site's content. The provider is Google LLC, which may process data outside Colombia, including in the United States.
These cookies only load if you click "Accept" or turn them on in "Cookie preferences". While measurement is off, the site sets no cookies of this kind.
Links to other sites
This site shows no ads and embeds no social media buttons. Links to Instagram, Google Maps or other sites take you to pages with their own policies.
3. How to change your choice
You can accept or reject visit measurement at any time in , also available at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies and site storage from your browser settings.
4. Legal basis
When cookies make it possible to collect personal data, we apply Colombia's Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015): we ask for your prior, express and informed consent and record your choice with the date you made it. Rejecting measurement cookies does not stop you from using the site.
